Anyone who thinks the main stream media has a “liberal” bias or has been treating John McCain unfairly compared to Barack Obama, needs to watch this clip. Basically CBS helped John McCain cover up a MAJOR mistake in his understanding of the history of the Iraq war. CBS owes its viewers an explanation of just what they were trying to do with the selective editing of McCain’s incorrect account of how events actually unfolded.

UPDATE: Turns out that CBS violated their own internal standards when they aired this piece which states: “Answers to different questions may not be combined to give the impression of one continuous response. In short, we cannot create an answer merely because we wish the subject had said it better.” Uh huh. Expect a response from CBS on this soon.
