While a big part of me is tempted to agree and say "Yes, why not?" I think it's important for the Senate to do their job and enter into some debate about her positions on important legal findings. There is nothing inherently wrong with this process although I suspect much of it is really political theater than anything else. This goes double for the GOP who need to show their base that they're not simply rolling over for Obama.
